Canadian GST/HST Tax Break Eligibility

Eligible clothing items under the tax relief program will not be charged HST/GST.

Under the current tax relief program in Canada, children's clothing and footwear are exempt from GST/HST. However, it’s important to note that wearable blankets, such as our Sleep Bags, do not qualify under these terms, as they are categorized differently from traditional clothing items.

Children's clothing eligible for this exemption includes items like shirts, pants, onesies, footie pajamas and other wearables for daily use. While our sleep bags are thoughtfully designed to provide safe and cozy sleep for little ones, they are not included in the clothing category eligible for this tax break.
